How tall are the socks?
Our socks measure 9.5 inches from the heel to the cuff.
How do I track my order?
Once you’ve placed an order, we’ll send you a tracking number. Just click on this link to find out where your socks are!
How long is the shipping time?
It takes us 1 to 2 days to process your order, then once it’s shipped, it usually takes 2 to 3 days to reach you. We send everything from Seattle, Washington. We don’t ship internationally, however.
What happens if I’m not home to receive my order?
Anybody can receive your package, so you don’t have to be there, but check their feet when you come home, as they might be wearing them! The postman will usually leave a slip if there’s nobody there to accept the package, then you can just pick it up at the post office. We aren’t responsible for unclaimed packages.
Package status says, “Delivered” but I haven’t received it yet. What gives?
Are your neighbors wearing them? If not, try the tracking information that should have been included with your delivery confirmation. If the tracking info confirms that it has been delivered to your address but you haven’t received it, contact your local post office to investigate the issue. We can’t be held responsible where tracking information states that the package has been delivered to the address provided with your order.
Can I change my order or address?
We encourage your to double-check your order information before you place your order. However, we know that things happen, and sometimes details need to be changed. We process orders the same day, so if you need to change something about your order, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours and we’ll do whatever we can to make that change happen. However, we do love working fast, so if an item has already shipped, there’s not much we can do.
Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
We offer full refunds within 6 hours of placing your order. We are fanatics about filling orders, so we tend to work pretty quickly. If your order has already shipped, we won’t be able to provide a refund.
I don’t want the socks anymore. Can I return them?
Your sock-satisfaction is our goal, so if you’re not happy for any reason with your Straight Up Socks, let us know within 30 days and we’ll refund the purchase price, minus the shipping fees. We won’t even question why you don't enjoy the best socks on the market. Not once.
