Refund policy

Your sock satisfaction matters. If you’re not happy with your Straight Up Socks order, you can request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, items should be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@straightupsocks.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at support@straightupsocks.com so we can make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the item you have, then place a separate order for the new item once the return is accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.
